All cancellations must be made in writing and must be sent by email:

More than 7 days before arrival:

If our office is notified in writing 7 days or more prior to your arrival date, your deposits will be refunded, less a service charge of $ 50.00 per person.

Less than 7 days before arrival:

If a cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival, there is no refund. In this case, we will do our best to arrange with you to rearrange your vacation dates if necessary. If we can fill your canceled vacation slot, we will refund the money you have sent minus 20% for administration costs.

– Rates include half board (breakfast and dinner) and 13% sales tax

– Deposit of 50% to confirm the reservation.

– Free of charge for children up to 3 years

– Children from 4 to 11 years old get a discounted rate sharing the room with a minimum of 2 adults Cancellations received less than 7 days before departure will lose all payments.

“No-Show” will not receive a refund. No refunds or partial credits will be given for unused room, service and tour reservations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather, illness, change of mind, etc. In other words, if you have booked for 7 nights and are only staying 6, you will still pay for 7 nights.
